General Questions

  • We are based in Bream Bay and provide service to Bream Bay and the surrounding areas. Whilst the travel cost is included for bookings in residential Bream Bay, a travel charge may apply to rural or extended areas.

    If you are outside of the residential Bream Bay area, please ask at the time of enquiry or booking if a travel fee will apply.

  • You can book an event by completing the contact us page. Once that’s completed, we will get back to you with a detailed cost recap and provide you with the option to pay the deposit.

    We endeavour to respond to all enquiry within 24 hours.

  • We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date and theme are available. Our production schedule requires all details to be finalized and paid 2 weeks in advance.  However, we can accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability (depending on the booking request an additional rush fee may apply)

  • A non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking. Your booking is secured once the deposit is paid.

    Teepee Deposit

    • 1 - 4 teepees $50

    • 5 - 9 teepees $100

    • 10+ teepees $150

    Lawn Game deposit

    • 50% of the hire cost (up to $75). If the total cost of your hire items is over $150, the deposit required will not exceed $75

    While the deposit is non-refundable, it will contribute to the hire cost.
    Example: if you book a 3 teepee package, the total package cost is $190. The $50 deposit is payable at the time of booking. This leaves a balance of $140 to be paid.

  • Yes. a $50 refundable bond is payable in addition to the package total.

    This will be refunded provided everything is in good condition. Any loss of property, damages or excessive cleaning will be deducted from the bond.

    As the party host, you need to be aware that you will be responsible for the replacement of any lost or damaged goods.

    There have been a couple of incidents with other companies with glow stick leakages, slime, chocolate candy, colored drinks, and vomit which have damaged fur, linens, and teepee fabrics etc. Trust us, the last thing you want is for your own furnishings to be ruined too! Messy crafting activities such as painting or pampering activities such as facials and nail polishing need to be undertaken well away from the tent area please. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Once a booking has been made, an invoice will be sent. The non-refundable deposit is payable to secure your booking. You can pay this, and the balance of the invoice (including the refundable bond), via bank transfer or with cash.

    Full payment of the invoice is required 2 weeks before the event date.

    Prices are inclusive of GST.

  • We get it, plans change. And you may need to make alterations to your party arrangements.

    In short, we can accommodate changes to your date and guest count up to 2 weeks before your party date.

  • Yes, you can reschedule your event without fee up to 2 weeks before the party date and subject to availability.

  • We will work with you to accommodate last-minute changes, however, additional tents are subject to availability. If the last minute change is less than 2 weeks before the party date, a rush fee will be assessed. We always aim to accommodate last-minute changes, however, adjustments outsdie of our production schedule are more costly to execute, thus the additional charge.

 General Teepee Questions

  • Our teepee party rentals are most popular with children aged 6 to 13. We also cater to older teens, bridal and adult sleepovers.

    For younger children who are not quite ready for a full sleepover, consider a "Lateover". They get all the fun of a sleepover, but are picked up later in the evening and sleep at their own homes.

  • The guests can eat and drink inside the tents, but it is the responsibility of the host to make sure no damage or staining is done to the rental items. If items are damaged a damage fee will apply. The teepees are not waterproof.

  • Teepee Party

    The rental period for teepee parties is one night. The rental period can be extended for an additional cost of $50 if availability allows.

  • We don’t stay and host your party, but we will make sure everything is set up as you need before we leave! To keep your guests busy, having fun, we offer a variety of add-ons which you can find here. We also provide a list of activity ideas as well as vendor partners to enhance the party experience.

  • Item descriptionThe rental items cannot be kept. However, we have many add on items that can be purchased. These include personalized robes, pajamas, slippers, sleep masks, birthday child gift sets and activity kits. We also retail our tents and select sleepover sets.

  • Yes, we offer a range of add-ons, including craft kits, movie projectors, and personalized party favors to enhance the sleepover experience. Let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll customize your package.

  • We request our customers to confirm the final guest count 2 weeks before the party date to avoid a rush fee added to the invoice. 

  • The overall dimensions are 1.3 x 1.95.

    The best configuration for small spaces is to have two rows of teepees facing each other.

    If you are unsure, please let us the space available and send us a photo so we can check if they will fit. If you are located in residential Bream Bay we may be able to do a site visit if time allows.

    Please make sure the event room is cleared in preparation for our arrival. As a standard, our team doesn't assist with moving furniture.

  • The laundering costs are included in the package price.

    All of our bed linens are washed in dermatologically tested, unscented washing detergent.

    All other fabrics (teepee covers and decorative pillows) are spot-cleaned and treated with a safe, natural, non-toxic antibacterial solution. All hard surfaces are disinfected.

  • Not at this stage - but we will look into providing this as an option in the future.

  • To reduce the chance of a bed deflating, please avoid children jumping on the airbeds. They are not designed to be trampolines.

    We have chosen a reputable brand for our airbeds to reduce the chance of deflation due to a manufacturing fault and we test each airbed before delivery.

    Despite any precautions, airbeds can still deflate and accidents happen.

    We provide a Teepee Party Kit which includes an air bed pump, a patch repair kit, and a spare air bed.

  • Accidents happen. Even children who have out-grown bedwetting can occasionally have an accident.

    Our set-ups include a waterproof mattress protector to reduce the chance of damage to the airbed.

  • No. Our teepee set-ups (including beds, bedding, decor and accessories) are to be used indoors only.

  • Please allow 1.5 to 2 hours to set-up the teepees and 1.5 hours to dismantle (based on four teepees. More teepees would likely require more time).

  • All our lighting is battery operated. When possible, we use rechargeable batteries to reduce the number of batteries used.

    We do have a selection of USB operated lights if you prefer.

  • Our typical setup window is from 10 am to 11 am on the day of the party.

    We pack-down and pick up the items the day after the party typically between 11 am and 12 pm.

    However, we will confirm the final window a week before the party and will do our best to accommodate your party schedule.

 General Lawn Game Hire Questions

  • Lawn Games

    These are a loose 2-3 day hire. We do not charge per day. You can collect or have the items delivered the day before, with return/collection the day after your event before 11am.

    E.g. If your event is on a Friday night, you can collect or have the items delivered on Thursday with return on Saturday before 11am.

    The lawn games are not to be left outside overnight or in the rain.

    The hire costs to do not include delivery/collection. If you would like them to be delivered and collected fees will apply. The delivery and collection fee does not include setting up of the games.

    If you require an extra pair of hands, please let us know when booking (or with 24 hours notice) and we will see if we can help (an installation fee may apply).

  • If we are delivering the lawn games, we don’t stay and host your party.
